WOW. That's some pretty impressive stuff. I wonder if he takes photos of himself and then paints the rest around them. Surely they are not posed shots with the surroundings. The one he calls "Garden of Selves" would certainly be tough to set up, no?
Have no idea what techniques would be involved.
But those photos manage to elicit some eerie "memory". But of what? Hmmm...
