Now The Cartoonist makes available to us afficionados the collected Roper exploits in a finely crafted PDF volume.
But who is this mysterious Roper? Is it Thomas Pynchon's secret identity? Or did James Bond "comingle his genetic essence" successfully with Fantomas and clone The Roper? Questions for another day.
